The Holford Estate Wedding Photography Cheshire.

Mr & Mrs Scales enjoyed a church wedding on a lovely April day this year, before heading off to The Holford Estate to celebrate their day in style. Holford is some what of a new and exciting venue, which appears to be making a few waves in the Cheshire wedding world; attracting lots of cool couples who want something a little different from their special day. Amazing gardens make for stunning photographs, as well as a beautiful barn reception room, which is spacious enough to hold lots of guests and really has a great atmosphere. The main room lead out to a Marquee style bar area with plush lawned area where guests enjoyed the sunshine during and after the meal. This place really is something to behold on a wedding day. Being a short drive for us, we are happy to be capturing lots more weddings here in the years to come.

Arriving at Holford in a classic car, and being welcomed with a champagne and canopé reception by Holford estate’s staff, the happy couple initially spent some quality time with their guests in the surroundings of Holfords main gardens. Being serenaded by a string quartet meant that the afternoon was a chilled but fun time, under the beautiful April skies. There was no rush doing the group shots or couples photographs and we fit those in as we went along, meaning the day wasn’t all about formal photographs, and giving us chance to get lots of natural shots. After fantastic food and great speeches a lively and energetic band finished the night off in style allowing for their guests to let their hair down, celebrating the night away.
