Now these are weddings that are completely unique and we love it when we’ve never been to a venue or we aren’t able to see the venue because, well it hasn’t been transformed from listed barn to stunning wedding venue yet!

Katie and Tom did just that. Katie’s family are lucky enough to own a farm which sits in land that houses a listed barn, which was transformed into an incredible wedding backdrop. When we met Katie and Tom for their pre shoot it was easy to why they wouldn’t celebrate their special day anywhere else. Getting married in the local church where her parents had tied the knot before her and her sister was due to tie the knot next year and then celebrating their day in surroundings she grew up in, with photographs in her grandma’s garden. And yes it was that garden where you could tell that whatever the weather grandma would have been out donning wellies and a trowel!

Anyway I digress, this wedding was a complete family affair and so much fun to be a part of, we had sunshine, we had downpours, we had laughter, we had tears and while the champagne seemed to be in continuous flow there was no stopping this lot from partying on into the early hours!
