Wedding Photography at The Lion Quays Hotel & Spa, Shropshire

We shot this wedding in the heat of the summer sun last year, and it was one I couldn’t wait to blog! The Lion Quays to me was always a spa location, I didn’t realise it was quite so much of a gem as wedding venue. Nestled in the Shropshire countryside and set beside the Llangollen canal, this is where Natalie & Jack became man and wife.

They met 6 years ago, not that you’d guess if you met them you think that they’d been together a couple of months and it was difficult to decide who was more exited about the wedding, Jack or Natalie! Cute does not come close to describe how these two are with each other! Their wedding day was spent mostly outside in the walled gardens enjoying the British summer that we were so lucky to encounter, with musician Joe Seager laying the soundtrack while guests do what they do at weddings, throw confetti, slip cocktails, chat about the day and take lots of selfies!
